David Shaw
David is a highly experienced, successful entrepreneur and accomplished businessman, having served as Global Managing Director of Business Intelligence and Security Consulting for Kroll Associates and as Principal/Partner for Arthur Andersen Worldwide Consulting, serving as Managing Director for Global Aerospace and Defense and Business Intelligence. David has also previously led three technology firms. He currently serves as the Founder and Chairman of a non-profit corporation and as Founder and CEO of a global risk management firm. He has earned multiple advanced degrees with honors. David is a retired decorated senior USAF officer and a seasoned fighter pilot. He is an Associate Fellow with the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, holds multiple professional certificates, and is a published author. David Shaw is a Partner of Bentley Kantor Corporation – USA.
S Gervin Nyemah
Gervin’s experience in the infrastructure industry spans from being a Co-GP, both on the real estate development and investment sales side, to structured finance in addition to being an investor/Sponsor. He has closed and consulted on commercial real estate acquisitions with an aggregate value of approximately $300,000,000 with sophisticated real estate investors and institutional lenders during his career. Gervin has experience sourcing investment opportunities, has invested significant equity for numerous transactions, and can conduct and oversee the financial analysis, due diligence, and underwriting of potential debt or equity investments. Gervin lives in Rockville-MD, with his spare time spent being active in a variety of charitable organizations. He is a former Solomon Smith Barney Investment Rep, and a product of the University of Oxford - UK.
